Dr. Rasha Yaghi is putting the finishing touches on an important manuscript that will describe the complete analysis of Mpro, the protease from COVID-19 that is also the target of the widely used anti-viral drug Paxlovid. This work represents the highest resolution profiling ever accomplished for a protease. Additionally, we have carried out a comprehensive analysis of resistance to Paxlovid in order to predict when and how it might lose potency.
